Swampscott's Elm Place Development Proposal Forum
The town and WinnDevelopment are holding a public forum on a proposed apartment complex.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The proposed development of Elm Place will be the subject of a community forum Thursday night.
The town and WinnDevelopment will host the meeting on Zoom at 6:30 p.m.
According to the town: "The Elm Place project is planned as a transit-oriented development for working individuals, families, empty-nesters and active seniors who want to take advantage of the commuter rail station and senior center nearby and, or who want to downsize but stay in their community."

Swampscott Director of Community & Economic Development Marzie Galazka and Kim Martin-Epstein, Chairperson of the Swampscott Affordable Housing Trust, will moderate the meeting.
