Teachers Awarded Professional Status on Tuesday

The teachers were recognized at Tuesday's School Committee meeting.

On Tuesday, Swampscott School Committee members and Swampscott administrators recognized Swampscott teachers awarded professional status.

Superintendent Garry Murphy welcomed the men and women to their new status, saying the district appreciates them and has made a commitment to them and he hopes they choose to continue to serve the district for years to come.
