The Concordia Slated to Open Next Month
Only four of the 14 units remained as of last week.

The Concordia condos on Humphrey Street that have been sold are slated to take occupancy some time from the middle to the end of August, said Bruce Paradise, who, along Barry Turkanis, developed The Concordia.
Ten of the 14 luxury units were sold as of last week, leaving only four on the market, he said.
The four that remain range in price from $775,000 to $2.5 million, according to listings by Gibson Sotheby's. The $2.5 million unit, with 3,687 square feet of living space, is twice the size of the standard unit.
The high-end waterfront condos stand on the site of the former Cap'n Jack's Inn.
Concordia construction started about a year ago.
In September The Concordia will be open to visitors as Boston Magazine’s Design Home of the Year.Â
