These Swampscott Businesses Got PPP Loans Over $150,000

The U.S. Small Business Administration released the names of every company that received loans under the coronavirus stimulus package.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The U.S. Small Business Administration released the names of every company that received loans under the coronavirus stimulus package, including the names of every Swampscott company that took advantage of the program.

The $659 billion program was aimed at protecting jobs after businesses across the country were forced to shut down in March to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Several media companies sued the SBA to get the names of the companies released.
