Two Drivers Charged With OUIs
The following information came from the Swampscott Police Department. Where charges are listed, they do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Nov. 15
10:06 a.m., police charged Debra Digan, 34, 586 Eastern Ave., Lynn with operating a motor vehicle with her license revoked as a habitual offender. In addition, she was cited for speeding.
1:48 p.m., a CVS employee, at 413 Paradise Road, reported the possible theft of presciption drugs from the pharmacy.
3:29 p.m., a person came to the station and reported a hit and run at Hemenway Road and Humphrey Street.
3:56 a.m., police received a report of three people running dogs behind Stanley School.
9:39 p.m., a Cherry Court resident reported larceny at a house.
Saturday, Nov. 16
1:26 a.m., police charged Tranh Tran, 24, of 454 Chestnut St., Lynn with operating under the influence of alcohol, equipment violations, improper operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Thursday, Nov. 21
12:33 p.m., a Tidd Street person reported a possible phone scam.
5:19 p.m., an unidentified person was taken in custody on a warrant.
10:24 p.m., on Sculpin Way police arrested two individuals, charging Thomas Surette, 19, of 32 Allen Road, Swampscott with being in possession of liquor (under 21) and possession of a Class D drug; and Anthony Wood, 20, 44 Sculpin Way, Swampscott, with being in possession of liquor (under 21) and possession of a Class D drug.
Friday, Nov. 22
10:51 a.m., a Windsor Avenue caller reported harassment by an ex-emplyee.
Saturday, Nov. 23
2:21 a.m., a Paradise Road father came to the police station and reported that his daughter had not come home.Â
11:57 a.m., a possible overdose on medication was reported on Pitman Road. One person was transported to the hospital.
1:29 p.m., two males were reported to be walking on the railroad tracks by the bridge on Essex Street and heading toward the railroad station.
Sunday, Nov. 24
4:49 p.m., police stopped a vehicle on Puritan Road and charged Peter Lagorio, 58, 2 Sylvan Terrace, Lynnfield with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and OUI.
5:08 p.m., a tree was down on Puritan Road. An arrest was made. No further information.
6:02 p.m., a customer reported a pocketbook stolen at Marshalls, 1005 Paradise Road.
7:03 p.m., a 7-Eleven employee, 444 Humphrey St., reported being threatened by a customer.
Monday, Nov. 25
5:34 a.m., a Dead Eye Run resident reported someone had rung the doorbell in the last 10 minutes. The caller is home with her daughter and woudl like a unit to stop by and see if anyone is outside. Police came to the residence and no one was outside.
6:25 a.m., a caller reported that a young man on the street, Humphrey Styreet, looked to be in bad shape and might need help. The Fire Department was notified and the person was taken to Salem Hospital.
11:27 a.m., a black Toyota reportedly hit a car on Banks Road and drove away.
Tuesday, Nov. 26
11:40 a.m., syringes were reported on the street on Paradise Road by the T-Mobile store.
1:09 p.m., the school nurse requested an ambulance at the Middle School.
1:23 p.m., shoplifting reported at Whole Foods Market.
9:17 p.m., a caller reported receiving a text from a female with an attached image of her cutting her arm or wrist. Police and fire and ambulance were dispatched and the person was transported ot North Shore Children's Hospital.Â
