18-Unit Complex Planned For Andover And North: Report

TEWKSBURY, MA — Three houses and an old auto shop at the corner of Andover and North Streets in Tewksbury will be replaced with an 18-unit townhouse complex, the Lowell Sun reported.

The project was approved in April.

The project will include three affordable units and 15 market-rate units that will sell for around half a million.

Construction could begin within six weeks, the project manager told Stefan Geller of the Sun.
