28 Tewksbury Properties Sold in February

Twenty-eight properties were sold in Tewksbury in February, according to the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds.

There were four properties sold for more than $500,000, including 15 Winterberry Ln. for $629,000 (pictured above, courtesy of realtor.com.)

There were also seven foreclosures last month: 1575 Andover St., 34 Callahan St., 83 Chestnut Rd., 251 Main St., 57 Patrick Rd., 1406 Shawsheen St., and 17 Term Ter.
