33 Wilmington Properties — Including Biggie — Sold In July

One of the sales was for more than $5 million. There were also two foreclosures.

WILMINGTON, MA — There were 33 property sales in Wilmington in July, including one that went for more than $5 million, according to the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds' monthly report. The home of the old Walgreens which shut down in 2015 sold for $5.17 million on July 14.

There were also two foreclosures in town: 41 Birchwood Rd. and 8R Reed St. (Subscribe to Wilmington Patch for more local news and alerts.)
