58 Tewksbury Sales, 2 Foreclosures In July

TEWKSBURY, MA — Fifty-eight properties sold in Tewksbury during July, according to the Middlesex North Registry of Deeds. They were relatively modest sales - nothing went for more than $800,000.

The priciest sale was 81 Frasier Lane for $799,000. A beautiful home at 200 Mitchell G Drive sold for $774,900.

There were also two foreclosures around town: 60 Decarolis Drive and 20 Hill Street.
