TEWKSBURY, MA - Barbara A. Mazzuchi, L.P.N., age 58, passed away on March 21, 2016.

Daughter of the late Leo J. and Phyllis M. (Catenacci) Mazzuchi. Sister of Leo R. Mazzuchi and his wife Catherine (Burris) of Tewksbury, Susan M. (Mazzuchi)Stys and her husband Mark Stys of Manchester, NH and the late John J. and Kenneth R. Mazzuchi. Sister-in-law of Diana Mazzuchi of Brattleboro, VT. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Relatives and friends are invited to her graveside committal service on Wednesday, March 30 at 11 a.m. at the Tewksbury Cemetery, 172 East St., Tewksbury. Following the cemetery services, a memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 12:30 p.m. at the American Legion, 574 Broadway Road, Dracut, MA.

At Barbara’s request, in lieu of flowers, donations for her nephew, may be made in her memory to Damon Clarke’s Special Needs Trust in care of Elizabeth Schawb. Donations may be given or mailed to a family member.
