Cinnamon Circle Man Arrested for Drug Charge in Chelmsford

Chelmsford Police arrested a Tewksbury man recently for a drug offense outside a business in their town.
According to the Chelmsford police log, on Thursday, August 7, at about 8:49 p.m., officers arrived at Wal-Mart on Drum Hill Road for a suspicious man in the area.
After arriving on scene, Chelmsford Police arrested Michael Codner, 27, of 34 Cinnamon Circle, Tewksbury,
