Girls' Hockey Wins Over Longmeadow in First Round Tournament Play
Methuen/Tewksbury will take on Notre Dame Academy in the quarterfinals on Saturday, March 12.
TEWKSBURY, MA - Methuen/Tewksbury girls' hockey won in the first round of the 2016 MIAA Ice Hockey Girls Division 2 tournament Saturday night.
Methuen/Tewksbury, which is the number one seed in the tournament, took on number 17 seed Longmeadow Saturday night in Methuen winning the game 6-1.
The team goes on to play Notre Dame Academy in the quarterfinals on Saturday, March 12.
