Grand Jury Indictments Announced in Five Tewksbury Cases

The cases include assault and battery, drug trafficking and larceny.

TEWKSBURY, MA - Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments Monday, including five involving Tewksbury cases and area residents.

Here is a look at the indictments:

  • Jihad Abdalraheem, 36, of Melrose, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery on a household or family member (three counts), assault and battery on a pregnant woman, reckless endangerment of a child, and witness intimidation (two counts).
  • Juan Delossantos, 28, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine and distribution of cocaine.
  • Hilda Gandia, 42, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking over 200 grams of heroin, conspiracy to traffic over 200 grams of heroin, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, and conspiracy to distribute fentanyl.
  • William Hurcombe, 38, of Stoneham, was charged with larceny under $250.
  • Agustin Tejada-Ruis, 46, of Tewksbury, was charged with trafficking over 200 grams of heroin, conspiracy traffic heroin, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, and identity fraud.
