Grand Jury Indictments Announced in Four Tewksbury Cases

TEWKSBURY, MA - Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments Monday, including four that involve Tewksbury cases and area residents.

Here is a look at the indictments:

• Sulieman Abdalraheem, 38, of Fairview Park, Ohio, was charged with witness intimidation.

• Richard Leone, 64, of Tewksbury, was charged with rape, drugging a person for sexual intercourse, and indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14.

• Eric Marquez, 39, of Tewksbury, was charged with assault and battery on a disabled person causing bodily injury.

• Nick Rocco, 29, of Tewksbury, was charged with masked armed robbery and assault with a hypodermic needle.
