All Lanes On I-495 Re-Opened After Accident
Allow extra time if you're traveling through Tewksbury this morning.
TEWKSBURY, MA -- A crash on the northbound side of Interstate 495 near the Tewksbury-Lowell town line is causing big backups Thursday morning. The center, right and breakdown lanes were closed earlier but have been reopened as of 11:35 am Thursday. Traffic was stalled all the way back to Route 3 and will take awhile to clear up.
