Man Charged With Second OUI, Pair Charged on Drug Offenses at Cracker Barrel

Friday, August 8

· At 5:42 p.m. officers found a suspicious vehicle at Cracker Barrel on Andover Street. Following the incident, police arrested two people at the scene. Ilyass Nabih, 30, of 39 Ash Street, Apt. C, Nashua, N.H., was arrested and charged with possession of Class A drugs. Remi Barbera, 26, of 525 Amherst Street, Apt. D, Nashua, N.H., was arrested for possession of Class A drugs and a warrant for possession of Class D drugs to distribute.

Saturday, August 9

· At 12:21 a.m. a 911 caller from Motel 6 reported that he was overdosing. An ambulance was sent and the person was transported to Saints Medical Center.

Sunday, August 10

· At 6:06 a.m. a resident called 911 to report a skunk with a cup stuck to its head on Astle Street.

· At 8:56 p.m. on Shawsheen Street a caller reported a driver possibly intoxicated and driving erratically. Police located and arrested Ryan M. Jenkins, 22, of 81 Katie Way, Tewksbury. Jenkins was charged with second offense operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.

Monday, August 11

· At 12:03 a.m. a 911 call was received from Livingston Street where a truck driver said he was attempting to make a turn and flipped the trailer of his truck. A Massachusetts State Police truck team was requested but declined.

· At 7:21 p.m. a 911 caller on Kittredge Ave. reported that her fiancé is out of control throwing things at her. Officers responded and filed a report.
