Planning Board Approves Kennedy Common Development
Construction is expected to begin this summer on three new developments on Andover Street.
TEWKSBURY, MA - Tewksbury will soon have three new developments known as Kennedy Commons following the approval of special permits by the Planning Board this week for Kennedy Commons on Andover Street.
The Daly Group came before the board Monday night with a proposal for special permits to develop three parcels of land located at 1583 Andover St., 1593 Andover St., 1605 Andover St. The item was on the agenda for Monday night’s meeting.
The three parcels will be developed into a medical and/or dental office building, a daycare facility and a drive-through bank, according to the Lowell Sun.

Planning Board members voted 4-1 in favor of the proposal after discussion regarding traffic impacts.
Construction is expected to begin this summer and is expected to take eight months to a year for completion.
