Police Log: Two Arrests, a Pedestrian Hit at Stadium Plaza and More

The following information is an excerpt from the Tewksbury Police Department logs. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.


Tuesday, Dec. 10

12:09 a.m. A caller at Motel Caswell, 450 Main St., reported the people in an adjacent room were making a lot of noise. Officers spoke with the individuals.

2:03 p.m. An officer reported black ice conditions on River Road. DPW was notified.

3:16 a.m. A caller reported a possible water main break near the Route 38 Cafe at 2493 Main St. Officers confirmed a water main break at the corner of Main and Roosevelt. DPW was notified.

6:30 a.m.  An officer stopped a vehicle at 2151 Main St. for showing a revoked license. Ouay Bouthavong, 22 Olive St., Lowell, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

7:14 a.m. Police received a call from an individual waiting with her kids at a bus stop near 1151 South St. who reported a vehicle went around the school bus as it was stopped picking up kids. The responding officer reported the vehicle was gone on arrival. 

9:52 a.m. Officers responded to 987 South St. to serve a warrant. John P. Dausch, 987 South St., Tewksbury, was arrested on a warrant for defacing property. 

12:10 p.m. Officers responded to reports of a car crash with no injuries at Dunkin Donuts at 381 Main St.  One vehicle was towed and a report was filed.

12:25 p.m. Police responded to reports of a vehicle striking a pedestrian in front of Marshalls at 10 Main St. One female pedestrian was down on the ground when officers arrived at the scene. State Police Accident Reconstruction was called to the scene. The woman was transported to Saints Medical Center and a report was filed. 

3:07 p.m. A caller at the Hess Station at 1910 Andover St reported a vehicle drove off without paying for fuel. A report was filed.
