Judge Sarah Weyland Ellis set Bonilla's bail at $100,000 cash in the Tewksbury case and an additional $100,000 cash after prosecutors allege Bonilla has been in default on a 2004 case under an alias.

Detectives noted that they were initially unable to check Bonilla's identity due to what appeared to be "mutilated'' fingertips. But using a new test, they discovered an alias and a comparison of the booking photos confirmed it, prosecutors allege.
