Tewksbury Integrated Preschool Open House March 24

TEWKSBURY, MA - Parents looking for a preschool opportunity for their 3- or 4-year old are invited to attend an Open House at the Tewksbury Integrated Preschool on Thursday, March 24.

Parents and prospective students will be able to visit the school, learn about the two programs and visit preschool classrooms in the Dewing School.

There will be two sessions at 1:30 p.m. and again at 5 p.m. Parents should call Ms. Jan Fuller at the Dewing School (978-640-7858) to reserve a place.

Tewksbury Integrated Preschool is a preschool opportunity offered by Tewksbury Public Schools for preschool aged children who live in Tewksbury.

The Integrated Preschool meets four half-days at the Dewing School. Children in this program participate in an exciting class with activities to foster development of social and emotional learning, play skills, early literacy, communication, early math and motor skills. Children are taught by a DESE licensed special education teacher as well as classroom assistants.

The Social Learning Group classes meet at the Dewing School for three 90-minute classes each week where students will participate in circle time, snack time, social and play time and a table-top learning activities every day.

All students in the Integrated Preschool Programs will participate in exciting age-appropriate activities every day that are designed to help all children develop the social and learning skills necessary to help them get ready for kindergarten.

Parents who are interested in more information are asked to call Ms. Fuller at the Dewing School to reserve a place at the Open House on March 24.
