Tewksbury Police Charge New Hampshire Man With Drunken Driving
A police officer spotted "in plain sight a baggie containing what appeared to be fentanyl" following an accident, police said.
TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury police arrested a New Hampshire man Sunday and charged him with operating under the influence, third offense.
Shane Moher, 34 of Durham, New Hampshire, was charged with third offenses of operating under the influence of both drugs and alcohol, fentanyl possession and driving violations.
Police responded to an accident near the Cracker Barrel. According to the police narrative, an officer saw "in plain sight a baggie containing what appeared to be fentanyl and drug paraphernalia" in the car.

Moher was arrested following the investigation, police said.
He was due to be arraigned in Lowell District Court Monday.
