Tewksbury Police Make Drug Distribution Arrest

TEWKSBURY, MA - Two men were arrested last weekend by Tewksbury Police and are now facing drug distribution and possession charges.
Tewksbury Police said Thursday on Saturday, April 9, police arrested two individuals after observing a narcotics transaction in North Tewksbury.

Tewksbury detectives arrested Angel Rivera-Benitez, 37, of 105 Jackson St. (Apt. 38) in Lawrence, for Distribution of a Class B Substance (cocaine). Also arrested was Samuel Barreto, 40, of 199 Moody St. (Apt. E) in Lowell, for Possession of Cocaine.
Both suspects were due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on April 11.
