Tewksbury Job Seekers: How To Reduce Stress During The Job Search (*RR)
Monday, May 15, 2pm
Learn how to identify stress during a job search, examine the health implications associated with chronic stress, discuss daily stress management strategies to keep you focused on calm; and practice techniques to alleviate negative self-talk that causes stress. Led by Sarah Dubois, a certified health coach.

How To Download Free Movies (and More) with Hoopla (*RR)

Become a library power user! Learn how to download free movies via Hoopla, a free online service offered to Tewksbury residents through the Boston Public Library. Demonstrations, videos, handouts and Q&A will be included. Please note this is NOT a hands-on session, but participants will leave ready to set up an account and start using Hoopla on their own.

Author Visit: My Father's War: Memories From Our Honored WWII Soldiers with Charley Valera (*RR)

Author Charley Valera will discuss his new book, My Father's War: Memories From Our Honored WWII Soldiers. In this stirring collection of first-person narratives by WWII veterans, learn how young, ordinary people from modest backgrounds became incredible soldiers, fighting a nasty, close battle that ranged from dropping bombs on barely visible targets to hand-to-hand combat. Q&A and book selling and signing after the talk for those interested.

Dinner & A Movie: Elle (*RR)
Friday, May 19, 8pm
Enjoy a screening of one of Hollywood's newest DVD releases -- Elle, a critically acclaimed foreign film starring Isabelle Huppert. The film received an Academy Award nomination (and a Golden Globe win) this year for Best Lead Actress. A successful French businesswoman gets caught up in a game of cat and mouse as she tracks down the unknown man who raped her. Rated R. 130 minutes. 90% positive critics rating. Doors will open at 7:30pm. Pizza will be served from 7:30pm to 8pm. A $2 donation is suggested. The film will begin at 8pm. Can’t make it at 8pm? The film will also be screened earlier in the day at 10:30am.

Tiny Tykes Story Time
Monday, May 15, 10:15am AND 11am
Join Miss Heather for some early literacy fun, including stories, songs, fingerplays, lap bounces and more! There are two sessions: 10:15am and 11:00am. Please note that the 11am session is a repeat of the earlier session. For babies ages 0 months through 18 months. There is no registration required, however, space is limited in the room. Please stop by the Children's Room desk to pick up a token for entry into the story time.

Preschool Story Time
Tuesday, May 16, 11am
Join Miss Noelle for stories, songs, dancing, instruments and more in this early literacy session. For ages 3 to 6. Older or younger siblings are always welcome. No registration required.

Little Einsteins (*RR)
Wednesday, May 17, 11am-11:45am
Want your preschooler to have fun with science? Math? Engineering? Then come to this hands on program where each time we meet we focus on a different subject to explore. You never know what you'll learn next! For ages 3 to 6.

SMArts Club (*RR)
Wednesday, May 17, 3:30pm-4:30pm
Do you enjoy math? Science? Engineering? Art? Technology? Every meeting of the SMArts Club explores some of these cool subjects. For ages 6 to 11.
Wiggle Time
Thursday, May 18, 10:15am AND 11am

Drop-In Preschool Craft

Join us as we make a fun craft today! No registration required and one craft per child, please. For ages 3 to 6.

Dads & Donuts
Saturday, May 20, 10:30am
Children and their favorite guy are invited to listen to stories and enjoy snacks at the library! Coffee, juice and donuts will be served at the END of the program. Moms and all caregivers are invited as well, of course, as are older or younger siblings. For ages 3 to 7.

Teen Events

Teen Screen: Suicide Squad (*RR)
Wednesday, May 17, 5:30pm
Teens, join us for a movie and snacks in our meeting room. May's movie is Suicide Squad. This movie is Rated PG-13. Registration is appreciated.

Teen Hangout & Gaming (*RR)
Friday, May 19, 3:30pm
Stop by the Library & hang out. Enjoy Wii U, PS4 and Xbox games, as well as board games, fun activities and snacks! Registration is appreciated.
