Tewksbury's Salter School Launches Fundraiser for One Fund Boston

Tee Shirts available for purchase at the school and the Tewksbury Senior Center.

The students and staff of Tewksbury's Salter School career training center have launched a fundraising campaign to raise money for One Fund Boston, the official fund set up to help the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings on April 15.

The campaign was kicked off last week with a fun-filled event at the school's Woburn Road campus.

The school has created One Fund Boston tee-shirts, which are available for purchase by the public for $10 each, with all proceeds going to One Fund Boston.

The shirts can be purchased at the school and also at the Tewksbury Senior Center on Chandler Street.

The tee-shirts will also be available for purchase at the Tewksbury Board of Health/Council on Aging Health Fair at the Senior Center today from 3 to 7 p.m.

The deadline for purchasing or ordering tee-shirts is Friday, May 3. If payment is made by check, the check should be made out to One Fund Boston.
