TEWKSBURY, MA -- Tewksbury is asking residents to complete an online survey conducted by the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments. The survey is part of an effort to identify transportation needs in the Greater Lowell area over the next 20 years. The survey is designed to capture respondents' thoughts, ideas, and perspective regarding transportation services and facilities in their neighborhood, community, and area.
