Tewksbury Weather: Warm Temps, High Pollen Counts This Weekend
The summer-like weather is bringing very high pollen counts to the area. Here's a look at the weekend forecast.
TEWKSBURY, MA - The warm temperatures are finally here, and so is allergy season.
Pollen counts are at very high levels on Friday and will continue to be both Saturday and Sunday before dropping to moderate levels on Monday, National Weather Service forecasts say.
Thunderstorms are expected later in the day Friday, but won't mean too much for the pollen which will continue to be high throughout the weekend.

Here's a look at Tewksbury's weekend weather forecast:
- Friday: Chance of thunderstorms and a high of 77 degrees. Clouds with showers and scattered thunderstorms Friday night with a low of 53.
- Saturday: Chance of a morning shower before skies clear with a high of 67 degrees. Partly cloudy skies Saturday night give way to cloudy skies overnight and a low of 41.
- Sunday: A sunny day with a high of 61 degrees. Partly cloudy skies Sunday night turn to cloudy overnight with a low of 41.
The forecast for next week looks to bring cooler temperatures to start the week with rain on Tuesday.
