Three Arrested in Credit Card Cloning Scheme

They had been staying at a Tewksbury hotel where officers found a card coder, blank gift cards and a laptop computer.

NASHUA, NH — Three people were arrested last week and charged in a credit card cloning scheme at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua. The individuals had been staying a a hotel in Tewksbury.

Police identified the suspects as: Jovon Williams, 24, of Oakland, Calif., Brittany Allen, 28, of East Orange, N.J., and Queron Foreman, 22, of Oakland, Calif.

Police said the trio was found with more than 250 counterfeit credit/debit cards.

They were arrested on Monday, April 4, when police said staff at a Pheasant Lane Mall store called them said two of the suspects were acting suspicious while buying gift cards.

Responding officers pulled over their vehicle and said in addition to the counterfeit cards, they found 20 gift cards and receipts from North Carolina.

Detectives from the Nashua Police Department worked in conjunction with Tewksbury detectives to execute a search warrant of two hotel rooms at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Tewksbury. It was there police said they also found a card coder, blank gift cards, and a laptop computer where the three were staying.

The trio was charged with a host of theft charges and held on $100,000 bail pending arraignments.
