Voter Registration Scheduled for Friday, April 22

If you aren't registered to vote this is the final day to be eligible to vote at the Special Town Meeting on Wednesday, May 4.

TEWKSBURY, MA - A voter registration session has been scheduled for Friday, April 22 from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 1009 Main Street.

Tewksbury Town Clerk Denise Graffeo wants residents to know if they have not registered to vote, this is the final day to be eligible to vote at the Special Town Meeting on Wednesday, May 4.

To be eligible to vote at the Annual Town Meeting on Monday, May 2 and 4, you must have registered by March 11.

United States Citizens, residents of Tewksbury, and those who will be at least 18 years old on or before May 4 are eligible to register. Those meeting these qualifications who have a Massachusetts Driver’s License can submit their registration online at www.RegisterToVoteMA.com.

Mail-in Voter Registration Forms can be obtained at the following link: http://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/elepdf/Voter-reg-mail-in.pdf.

Those registering by mail should have their form hand-canceled to ensure it is postmarked before the deadline.

Residents may also register to vote during regular Town Clerk office hours which are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
