Voter Registration Session Approaching in Tewksbury

Tewksbury residents looking to register to vote or change their party are invited to a Voter Registration Session later this month.

The session is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 20, from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Town Clerk’s Office inside the Pike House at 464 Main Street.

“Town Clerk, Denise Graffeo informs residents who have not registered to vote, this is the final day to be eligible to vote at the State Primary on Tuesday, September 9, 2014,” the town said in announcing the event. “This is also the last day to change your political party enrollment for the upcoming State Primary.”

In addition to registering or changing parties during the session, residents can also do so during regular Town Clerk office hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
