The Creation Care Initiatve will be meeting at the Large Parking Lot next to the Old Converse Building on the side facing the lake on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at 1 p.m and invite any and all interested to join us!
Creation Care is a group of concerned citizens on a mission to keep Lake Quannapowitt free of trash. We have divided the area around the lake into 4 manageable loops, and welcome individuals, families, groups of friends, civic groups and/or congregations to join us.
We will have plenty of bags to use. Please bring gloves, and if you have grabbers and a 5-gallon bucket, that will be helpful, but not required.

If you cannot make it on Sunday but are interested in joining us or learning more, please contact Tim Green by email (timgreen55@gmail.com) or by phone at 617-750-1041. He looks forward to hearing from you and can arrange to meet with you at a mutually convenient time and place.
We'd like to thank the many adults and youths who have joined us in the past few weeks to pick up trash while having fun and getting fresh air. Some have already volunteered to clean a loop, on a weekly or monthly basis, including some boy scouts, led by Eagle Scout Dave Nerden, who have adopted 2 loops.

Additionally, we'd like to thank Hart's Ace Hardware for donating $40 worth of items to support this effort, as well as GEM Properties Group for their donation of 10 grabbers to support our effort.
