John Rush Passes Away
Longtime resident of Wakefield and Stoneham served in the United States Army.

John H. Rush, of Wakefield, formerly of Stoneham, passed away peacefully on Friday, Aug. 17th. He was 88 years of age.
John proudly served our country as a member of the United States Army during the Korean conflict. John was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grand father and great grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew him.
John is the beloved husband of Justina (Hamilton) Rush. Devoted father of John H. Rush Jr. and his wife Filomena, Suzanne M. Weisse and her husband William and Jeanne L. Comeau and her husband Kevin. Cherished grandfather of Matthew, Jaclyn, Kara, Lauren, Brian, Patrick, Natasha and Verusca. Loving great grandfather of 4. Dear brother of the late James, Richard and William. Best friend of Charlie DiCicco.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT28), Stoneham, Sat. Aug. 25th at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating John's Eternal Life in St. Patrick's Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 10 am.
