Meet & Greet for Writers and Illustrators at Cedric's Studio

What better way to celebrate the first day of Spring than by getting out from behind your desk and out the door to gather together with other creative minds at the upcoming Writers and Illustrators Meet & Greet brought to you by The Room to Write. Visit us at Cedric's Studio Meeting and Workspace., located at 59 Albion Street in downtown Wakefield on Wednesday, March 20th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

The Room to Write’s quarterly meet and greets have grown into one of the most accessible and reliable ways to gather with other writers and creative individuals north of Boston. Add yourself to the healthy mix of backgrounds: young parents pulling notebooks off dusty shelves to reconnect with their craft, retired professionals making a conscious effort to put what they’ve lived and learned down on paper, seasoned writers who write as their profession and have published books, illustrators who want to connect with other illustrators and reach out to collaborate with writers—and the list goes on. Meet and greets are open to writers and illustrators at every level and from every genre.

Stop in and see the work space writers can access at Cedric’s Studio while you enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with something sweet to go with it. Bring your business cards, your portfolio, your book or just a ready smile to share. It’s inspiring and motivational to hear about and see what others have written and illustrated.
