Obituary: Michael Solimine, of Wakefield

Michael Solimine, of Wakefield, formerly of Medford, died Sunday, Nov. 2, in the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. Born in Cambridge, he was the son of the late Robert E. and Ann D. (Edgett) Solimine.

Michael was the beloved husband of Robin Piercy and the devoted father of Michael E. Solimine, both of Wakefield. He was the loving brother of Theresa A. Solimine of Everett, Robert E. Solimine of Alaska and Thomas Solimine of Tewksbury. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, on Thursday, Nov. 6, at 7 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 4-7 p.m. Interment will be private.
