Wakefield Storm Closures, Police Announce Winter Parking Ban
Ban goes into effect Thursday morning at 7.
The Town of Wakefield Massachusetts has issued a *** Winter Weather Emergency Parking Ban *** for all public streets in Wakefield.
The ban begins Thursday January 4, 2018 at 7 am and extends thru Friday December 5, 2018 at 8 am

- Wakefield Town Hall will be closed Thursday January 4, 2018
- The Senior Center will be closed Thursday January 4, 2018
- The Beebe Library will be closed Thursday January 4, 2018
- Trash Pickup will continue as long as possible on January 4th with any missed locations picked up the following day.
- Downtown Wakefield will be cleaned and cleared Sunday night of remaining snow.
This parking ban may be extended or retracted based on ongoing storm activity. Please consult the Town of Wakefield, MA website or Facebook page for the latest status.

During the Winter Weather Emergency Parking Ban we ask that residents park in driveways or other off street locations to allow the Town Plows to clear and treat the streets.
