School Canceled Tuesday; Snow Emergency Declared
Parking restrictions start at 6 a.m. Tuesday.
Due to the forecasted snow storm Wakefield has canceled school Tuesday. In addition there's a parking ban is in effect from Tuesday, March 14th at 6 a.m. through Wednesday, March 15th at noon. Please remove all cars from the roadways.
Vehicles impeding snow operations will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.
Also, during the winter season we would appreciate your assistance in keeping vehicles off the roadways whenever possible during snow removal operations.
Trash and recycling has also been delayed one day.
