Summer Safety Night At Lake Quannapowitt Thursday
Event will feature car seat inspections and installations, an opportunity to explore emergency vehicles and summer safety resources.

WAKEFIELD, Ma. - Summer safety and summer fun, all come together Thursday in Wakefield.
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan will host a summer safety night Thursday at the Lower Common of Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield to provide summer safety resources and other important information to visitors. The event will go from 6:30–8 p.m., just prior to the Movies by the Lake showing of Despicable Me.
In addition to Ryan, the event will be co-hosted by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield, MelroseWakefield Hospital, Wakefield Fire and Police Departments, Action Ambulance Service Inc. WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Nutrition Program, Floating Hospital for Children, North Suburban Child & Family Resource Network, and the Wakefield Recreation Department.

Attendants will also have the opportunity to bring a new car seat to be installed or have a previously installed car seat inspected.
