Think Healthy Living Is A Good Idea? Then Make Sure You Attend Chamber Event

If you think it's time to cut out the deep fried Twinkies and step up to a healthier lifestyle, then keep Sept. 16 open.

The first Wakefield-Lynnfield Healthy Living Expo is less than three weeks away and it's an opportunity to get a health screening, and maybe even have a little fun. The Expo will be held at the Wakefield Americal Civic Center on Main Street and run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission is free.

There will be family fun and community oriented programming, healthy food presentations, inside and outside healthy lifestyle entertainment, giveaways and much more.
