The Wakefield Health Department, in partnership with Conley Pharmacy, will host a vaccination clinic on Wednesday, June 9 for individuals 12 and older. It will be conducted at the Wakefield Memorial High School Field House from 3 to 6 p.m. The Pfizer vaccine will be used at this event.

Appointments are suggested in order to speed the check-in process, but walk-ins will also be welcome. Although parents do not need to be present, anyone under the age of 18 must provide a signed consent form in order to be vaccinated. Hard copies will be available on site for those without access to a printer.

Individuals who will be receiving their second shots at this clinic should bring their vaccination cards with them.
