Wakefield Condo Sales Comparable With 2012
Year to date condo sales as of July 2012 and July 2013 were the same.
Condo sales in Wakefield are comparable to where they were last year, according to recent data from the Warren Group.
The monthly real estate report found that Wakefield had 13 condo sales in July, compared to 10 for that month in 2012. Year to date sales at the end of July stood at 42 in both 2013 and 2012.
Year to date however, median sales price is down for condos in Wakefield, from $275,750 in 2012 to $239,050 in 2013 as of the end of July. This marks a decline of about 13%.
Statewide, condo sales saw a 17% year over year increase in July, with a year to date median cost for condos in the state at $290,000.
