Wakefield Rape of a Child and Heroin Trafficking Cases in Middlesex County DA Indictments

Wakefield, MA - The Middlesex County district attorney released their recent indictments - including two Wakefield cases in which a 39-year-old man is charged with rape of a child by force and a 67-year-old man is charged with trafficking over 100 grams of heroin. The Wakefield cases are:

Josilei DeCastro, 39, of Wakefield, was charged with rape of a child by force (2 counts), aggravated rape of a child (2 counts), and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliareni.
William Saccardo, 67, of Wakefield, was charged with trafficking heroin over 100 grams and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Mary O’Neill.
