Wakefield's Butt Joins Hallmark Health Board

A Tufts graduate, she is public policy director at Rosie's Place.

Hallmark Health System announced Monday that Mehreen N. Butt of Wakefield has been named to its Board of Trustees.

Butt is public policy director at Rosie’s Place and has more than 10 years of experience in public policy. She manages Rosie’s Place legislative and administrative agenda and oversees public policy forums and grass-root initiatives. She previously held positions at Tufts Health Plan, Heath Care For All, and the Massachusetts State Legislature.

Additionally, Ms. Butt is a member of the Boston Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston, and New England Muslim Bar Association. Ms. Butt is a graduate of Tufts University and received her JD from Washington College of Law, American University.
