AGENDA: Walpole Selectmen to Recognize Local Police for Work in Aftermath of Marathon Bombings & More

Walpole's Board of Selectmen will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room of Town Hall.

Walpole's Board of Selecmten will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room of Town Hall to discuss the following business:

Selectmen will recognize Walpole Police Chief Richard Stillman and officers Steve Eaton, Scott Koenig, Al Manganello, Luke Parlon and detective Sgt. O'Connell for their efforts in the aftermath of the Marathon bombings. 

At 7 p.m., Bill Guenther from Neponset River Watershed Association will present a powerpoint to discuss the potential project to improve stormwater managemetn at Johnson Middle School under Section 319 Grant program.

Walpole Community TV will meet with selectmen at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the proposal of an agreement between the town and WCTV and the ongoing renewal license negotaitions with Comcast.

Selectmen are also expected to review several requests before entering into executive session for contract negotiations with non- union personnel.
