Boston Marathon Finish Line: Walpole Runner Results

BOSTON, MA — Whether you're a seasoned marathon runner in the elite group or crawling across the finish line like a turtle near the end of the day, it's no small accomplishment to complete the Boston Marathon, especially in some of the worst weather the race has seen.

On Monday, April 16, more than 29,978 runners took off from the Hopkinton start line on the 26.2-mile run to Boston. Brian Cronin was the fastest Walpole runner, clocking in at 2:58:03.
