Earthquake Felt in Walpole Centered in Southern Maine

The USGS indicates that the quake was a 4.6 and centered in Southern Maine.

Just after 7 p.m. on Tuesday an earthquake in Southern Maine resonated all the way to Walpole.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the epicenter of the quake was 13 miles Northwest of Biddeford, ME, and registered a 4.6 on the Richter Scale.

Twitter and Facebook reports indicate that the effects were felt in Mass. and New Hampshire as well.
