**PLEASE NOTE! Due to COVID-19 restrictions and precautions there are NEW procedures for attending this year**

NEW location: Stone Field (behind Town Hall)

Enter from Stone Street between the Library and Blackburn Hall

Open to all Walpole residents ages 4 years old and up

Pre-registration is required

Appointments can also be made by calling the Walpole Public Health Nurse at: (508) 660-7300 x133

Anyone attending the flu clinic MUST have all paperwork completed AND a copy of their insurance card prior to arrivalAll necessary paperwork is available on this website as well as outside of the Health Department at Town Hall
