IDI Insulators Moving From Walpole-Sharon Line

WALPOLE, MA – IDI Insulation Distributors is moving from its Providence Highway location on the Sharon-Walpole line, according to commercial real estate firm NAI Hunneman. The company recently completed a deal with IDI to lease a newly constructed 53,700-square-foot office and warehouse at Panas Park off Rt. 1.

"45 Panas Road provides IDI Distributors with a brand new, first-class facility that can address both immediate and long-term needs while maintaining their strategic location along Route 1," said Cathy Minnerly, executive vice president of property owner Hercules Realty.

The property on the northbound side of Rt. 1 has 32-foot ceilings, loading space, ESFR sprinklers and outside storage.

Founded in 1979, IDI Distributors has served more 2,500 independent insulation contractors and distributors over nearly 40 years.
