New Pond Village Expanding Assisted Living

Benchmark Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living services in the Northeast, today announced that New Pond Village, a Benchmark continuing care retirement community in Walpole, Mass., is adding 19 assisted living apartments. The community is located five miles from Legacy Place in Dedham and less than seven miles from Patriot Place, the home of Gillette Stadium, in Foxboro.

New Pond Village will now offer a total of 36 assisted living apartments. The new units will be located on the third floor overlooking the beautifully landscaped, 19.4-acre campus. They will also feature high ceilings and large windows to bring in lots of light. Individuals can have the opportunity to secure their desired location by placing a priority deposit.

The project is being built by SEO Construction in Nashua, N.H., and was designed by Udelsman Associates of Hollis, N.H. Interior design is being done by StudioSix5 in Austin, TX.
