Parents Fuming Over Walpole HS Bullying Reports
A school committee meeting was held after an assault was caught on camera.

WALPOLE, MA — Parents are furious over new reports of a bullying problem at Walpole High School, venting their anger towards the school committee Wednesday night.
The school committee held a meeting night following last week's WFXT report of a 15-year-old who says she was beaten in school and cyber bullied by the same girl for six months.
The victim said the bullying started when her sister died and that the bully wrote online that she's a whore and should kill herself.

The suspect, also 15 years old was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after an attack was caught on a school security camera. The parent of the victim, however, claims that the school district did nothing, telling the news station that she called the superintendent's office 15 times with no response.
Wednesday night, some parents during the packed meeting said school officials are not doing enough to address issues around bulling.
