Walpole Home Sales Up in March
New data from the Warren Group shows that home sales in Walpole increased last month.
Walpole saw its home sales increase in March, according to data released by real estate information firm The Warren Group,
According to the report, there was an increase in March sales in Walpole from 10 in 2012 to 11 in 2013. Year to date sales, however, are down from 35 in 2012 to 32 in 2013.
In Massachusetts, 3,214 homes sold in March 2013, a slight increase over last year's 3,100 sales.

The median sale price in the state went up 8.37 percent from $263,000 in March 2012 to $282,500 in March 2013.
