Walpole To Open MIAA Football Playoffs Against North Attleborough
The Rebels take on the North Attleborough Red Rocketeers in the first round of the football tournament.
WALPOLE, MA – Walpole heads to the MIAA Football South Division 3 tournament, taking on North Attleborough Oct. 28.
The Rebels, seeded eighth with a 2-5 record, will kick off the tournament against the top-seeded Red Rocketeers, who enter the tournament with a 6-1 record. Walpole goes up against North Attleborough Friday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. at North Attleborough.
The winner will head to the semi-finals.

The MIAA switched to a playoff format in 2010. The state semi-finals are scheduled for the weekend of November 17 and 18, with state championship games scheduled for December 2 at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough.
